THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”) AND One Gateway Online Pvt Ltd (OGO) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.


Acceptance of Terms

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Basti (Uttar Pradesh).

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. General Policy:  

OGO believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


2. Cancellation Requests:  

- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6-8 working days of placing the order.

- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.


3. Non-Refundable Items:  

- OGO does not accept cancellation requests for files like pdf or any other item that shared on mail.

- However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.


4. Damaged or Defective Items:  

- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team.

- The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end.

- This should be reported within 6-8 working days of receipt of the products.


5. Product Discrepancies:  

- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 6-8 working days of receiving the product.

- The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.


6. Warranty Issues:  

- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.


7. Refund Processing:  

- In case of any refunds approved by OGO, it will take 6-8 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping Policy

1. International Buyers:

  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
  • OGO is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-8 working days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

2. Domestic Buyers:

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
  • Orders are shipped within 6-8 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment is subject to courier company/post office norms.

3. Delivery Details:

  • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration.

4. Disclaimer:

  • OGO is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.
  • We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated time frame from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

OGO provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or the accuracy of the information provided on the website. You acknowledge and agree that you are accessing the services on the website and conducting transactions at your own risk, using your best judgment before entering into any transactions. Compliance with Consumer Protection Act, 2019

OGO adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring transparency, user rights, and fair practices. Refunds and grievance resolutions will be completed within 15 working days of receiving a valid request.

GST Compliance

All transactions conducted through OGO are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian laws. GST-compliant invoices will be provided upon successful order completion.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that violates Indian laws, including but not limited to:

  • Content inciting communal disharmony.
  • Obscenity or content banned under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • Any activities that contravene Indian legal provisions.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Foreign Exchange Compliance

All international transactions are conducted in compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, and applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

Data Localization

OGO ensures compliance with Indian data localization requirements by storing sensitive payment-related information on servers located in India, as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

OGO may deduct Tax at Source (TDS) where applicable, as per Indian Income Tax laws.
